Lawrence Bishnoi is confined in Ahmedabad’s Sabarmati Central Jail. Jaggu Bhagwanpuria was moved more than 2,000 km from Punjab to Assam last year to disrupt the criminal network he was accused of operating from jail. Both have been behind bars for over a decade.
