Filled with emotions and sentiments of hope, sorrow, sacrifice, and romance, the story of Tu Hi Re Dil Mein has already become everyone’s favourite.Actress Simran Rawal is playing the role of Swati in Tu Hi Re Dil Mein, alongside Priyanshi Yadav (Vrinda) and Abrar Qazi (Sanjay). While stories featuring two women and one man often make audiences assume the third person in the equation will have a negative shade, that is not the case with Swati.Swati brings a different perspective to the story and is not a conventional negative character. As the show has now begun its journey with audiences, Simran is thrilled to be a part of it and bring Swati’s character to life on screen. The actress has now opened up about her character and shared her excitement about being a part of the show.Sharing her excitement, she said, “Being a part of Tu Hi Re Dil Mein feels like a dream come true for me. This is my first show as a lead, and honestly, when I was selected for the role, it took me some time to process it. At first, it was hard to believe that I had been able to get this amazing opportunity. But as soon as everything was fixed, I realized how fortunate I am. I firmly believe that this is because of my parents’ and God’s blessings, and the support I have received all along my life. Coming back to the character Swati, she is a doctor who is loving and compassionate by nature. Moreover, she can’t just stand and watch if injustice is going on around her. Swati always stands by what is right and she always raises her voice if she sees things happening the wrong way.”She added, “What I admire most about her is how she moves beyond the usual stereotype attached to the third person in a love story. While people usually tend to expect third characters to be negative, Swati is the exact opposite, being a highly positive and real character. Swati has her own journey and her relationship with her mother will definitely keep us glued with all its twists and turns. I have learned much from Swati. I have learned the value of staying calm and composed no matter how difficult the situation gets. Well, to tell you honestly, I am not like her, and that is the reason why I loved playing this role. It was indeed a challenging task, but at the same time, it was so enlightening for me to explore a totally different persona. I have truly had a great time playing this role and I hope everyone likes Tu Hi Re Dil Mein.”
