Shreya Kalra, Lock Upp 2 Winner, Sets Sights on Bollywood, Leaves Reality TV Behind |

Exclusive! Lock Upp 2 winner Shreya Kalra is done with reality TV, has her eyes set on Bollywood

Shreya Kalra may have won Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa Season 2, but the reality-show winner is in no mood to become a reality-show regular. After weeks of intense tasks, confrontations and controversies inside the jail, the former Roadies contestant says she wants to leave reality television behind for now and focus on films.Shreya says, “Reality shows are not on my list right now. It is too taxing. I don’t want to do another show for a while now. It was crazy inside the Lock Upp house, I was going mad. Before I went in, I thought I would survive only for a couple of weeks, but I’m thrilled I came out with the trophy. You can easily get overshadowed by big television actors on the show. Pressure bahut tha.” Her confidence grew once she realised some contestants weren’t approaching the game with the same intensity. “Once I started playing the game, I felt like half of the people there don’t even want to win. They seemed to be there for a vacation.”Her aggressive behaviour and use of foul language became a talking point during the show, but Shreya refuses to accept that she was the only contestant who lost her cool. “Was I the only person on the show who was aggressive and using foul language? There are so many people who abused and got aggressive. I have been real from day one. I showed every side of me — ugly, aggressive, loud, nice, bad friend, good friend. I played the game from day one.Ask her about her future plans and she replies, “I don’t want to be a reality star, I want to get into movies. I want to make a lot of money.”
