The latest episode of Rise and Fall Season 2 witnessed fresh confrontations, unexpected decisions and major fights amongst contestants. Former contestant Aarush Bhola and Laila, also known as Varun Yadav, returned to the show, bringing new twists to the ongoing game.Aarush, who was a finalist and Ultimate Worker in the previous season, stirred up an old feud when he asked Shehzad about his favourite contestant. Shehzad named Swara Bhasker, prompting Rishabh to question his stance and tell him he had “no spine”. Shehzad hit back by taking a dig at Rishabh’s acting career, bringing their ongoing rivalry back into the spotlight.The discussion over Priyanka soon turned tense with Sara expressing her anger during the exchange. She said, “Yeh dono haatho mein se ek haath uth gaya, mein bata rahi hu…”.The biggest decision of the episode came on the Fortune Floor as Ultimate Ruler Niharika Tiwari was flooded with two offers that could change the power dynamics. Aarush offered to add Rs 10 lakh to the Penthouse Prize Pot if she surrendered her Ultimate Ruler position. Varun has a counter-offer and asks her to hold on to the powers as a price for deducting Rs 5 lakhs from the pot.Niharika, however, sticks to her position and remains the Ultimate Ruler.Sara was also given a choice to make as she lost her powers. Varun offers her a chance to remain immune from nominations as long as Rs 2.5 lakh is deducted from the Basement Prize Pot. Aarush suggests a deal as he wants her to nominate herself and add Rs 2.5 lakh to the pot.Sara, however, decided to nominate herself and put the interests of the Workers before her.
Niharika ranks the Rulers as Sonam lands in nominations
Niharika was asked to rank her fellow Rulers based on who she believed deserved to remain in the Penthouse. Kajal Raghwani secured the top spot, followed by Manish Kashyap, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Gautam Gulati. Sonam was placed last and sent directly into the nominations.Gautam, who was appointed the operator, had to choose one contestant from Priyanka, Manish and Kajal for nomination. He selected Priyanka, placing her alongside Sara in the nomination list. Sonam later nominated Manish before assuming the operator role herself.
