Ahmedabad: The civic body has served statutory notices to 41 properties for the proposed corridor outside Raipur Darwaza. The 24.4m wide corridor, part of the Sarangpur town planning scheme, will stretch from the 10 Acre Mall to Vora na Roza, and affect 34 commercial units, six houses and one religious property. The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation said the action is according to legal procedures to enable execution of the road development works to ease traffic flow.According to AMC, properties impacted along the road line of Final Plot Nos. 22, 23 and 24 were earlier issued notices on Dec 20 under the Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations (GPMC) Act..
