As per reports, Patrick Mahomes’ father, the former MLB star Patrick Mahomes Sr. has reportedly made requests and filed a motion in Tyler, Texas, to request a judge to allow him to travel to his son’s games.Patrick Mahomes’ father reportedly seeks approval to travel to attend seven of his son’s games in Kansas City, Missouri; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Cincinnati, Ohio.According to FOX 10, “The filing states Mahomes Sr. understands he is required to submit urinalysis testing as requested by his supervision officer before and after travel, on each occasion. The filing also notes Mahomes Sr. completed 160 hours of community service and completed a 16-week outpatient treatment program at Cenikor, a nonprofit that provides substance abuse disorder treatment and behavioral health services.The report added, “The motion states a Smith County community supervision officer verified Mahomes Sr.’s compliance with all current probation conditions and that he is continuously monitored via an ankle device.”For the unversed, Patrick Mahomes’ father has been on probation following a DUI arrest in 2024 after he was found driving while intoxicated. The former MLB star was sentenced to five years probation.A few months ago, in February, Patrick Mahomes’ father was found violating his probation again and was sentenced to two more additional years of probation.Previously, in the summer months of this year, the former MLB star Patrick Mahomes Sr. also complained that the ankle monitor has had effects on his skin as he has complained about swelling, skin irritation and tissue damage.The Kansas City Chiefs’ popular quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, have stayed away from commenting on his controversial legal trouble as they focus on the new season.
