We all know it’s going to get more expensive and they just care about the bag.”Another fan wrote, “Sounds like some silver spooned adults trying to cash out on their “greatest privilege” who don’t actually care about the team.”A third fan posted, “Not that many care.. but it’s a bad look for the franchise .. If paperwork exists stating she has the final say then all this circus is for nothing…”Another fan noted, “So Jeanie is great. But it kinda seems like she is trying to hold on too hard to her father’s legacy. I feel and it sounds like the rest of her family feels like it’s time to move on. I think long term the Lakers org will be better off in other people’s hands.”A fifth fan posted, “I’m with Jeannie this is what Dr Buss would have wanted keep the team somewhat in the family. If not it’s loses it’s lister greatest owner in sports history Dr. Buss.”
