ITC Infotech has announced a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to accelerate enterprise-wide agentic transformation and AI innovation. The Bangalore-based technology services provider will become “customer zero” for Google’s Gemini Enterprise, deploying the platform across its operations before rolling out proven methodologies and blueprints to global customers.By embedding Gemini Enterprise into its own workflows, ITC Infotech aims to validate and scale autonomous AI capabilities internally. It ensures we build deep operational expertise and proprietary IP to deliver next-generation outcomes for customers worldwide.”The enterprise-wide rollout spans multiple functions:
- Accelerated software engineering: Optimizing development velocity, managing legacy code migration, and speeding modernization.
- Autonomous workflows: Deploying multi-agent orchestration to execute complex corporate tasks securely.
- Corporate function automation: Streamlining HR, finance, legal, and IT processes, from RFP drafting to invoice audits.
Beyond internal transformation, ITC Infotech and Google Cloud will establish Joint Centers of Excellence to serve as innovation hubs. These CoEs will develop industry-specific AI blueprints and frameworks for sectors including consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing.Sashi Sreedharan, Managing Director of Google Cloud India, said: “By standardizing its daily workflows on Google Cloud AI, ITC Infotech is gaining deep, practical experience with advanced automation at scale.
