India hit out at Pakistan over its reported announcement of a Rs 70 lakh bounty on Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar. ‘No child should be deprived of dignity’: Delhi HC allows 15-year-old rape survivor to terminate pregnancy

The Delhi High Court allowed a 15-year-old rape survivor to terminate her pregnancy, which had crossed 30 weeks of gestation. The court said compelling a survivor to continue a pregnancy resulting from sexual assault and imposing motherhood against her will would seriously impair her right to live with dignity, while stressing her bodily autonomy and reproductive choice.
