In the previous episode of Bigg Boss 20 a heated argument took place during a task between Gullu and Bhojpuri Star Aamrapali Dubey. The argument gradually took an unpleasant turn when Gullu compared Aamrapali and Love’s jodi to that of ‘Motu Patlu’s cartoon characters. The remark has now drawn criticism from Aamrapali’s sister, Aanchal, who strongly condemned the comments and questioned why body shaming continues to be used during disagreements and why isn’t it being pointed out?Slamming the remarks, Aanchal emphasised that a person’s physical appearance should never become a subject of ridicule, particularly when the discussion has nothing to do with their performances or working abilities. She also called out Mahhi Vij, referring to her previous remarks about Aamrapali, in which she allegedly called the actress a ‘football’ and made other derogatory comments about her appearance and profession.Expressing her disappointment, Aanchal took to her Instagram story and stated, “Why is it so easy for Mahhi Vij and Gullu to body shame Aamrapali (my sister) and get away with it? Body shaming is never okay. A person’s body should never be the subject of ridicule, especially when their body of work speaks for itself. No matter what shape or size Aamrapali has been, she has always been a hit in the industry, winning hearts with her talent and performances. Body shaming is not an achievement. Agar fight dena hai toh dignified tarike se dona.. jab Aamrapali ke against kuch point nahi mila toh ye remarks shuru kar diye? Your body of work is what truly matters. And Aamrapali’s work speaks louder than any personal remarks ever could. I and our family are proud of my sister.”

Furthermore, Aamrapali’s team was also seen asking the makers if this topic will be raised on weekend ka vaar or no.The post read, “Chota Bheem, Indumati and Chutki ke baare mein Weekend ke Vaar par baat hui thi.. (jab ki vo body shaming tha bhi nahi) Toh kya ab Motu Patlu par bhi baat hogi? (Jo clear cut body shaming hai aur barr barr ho rahi hai)”Fans can surely expect a lot of drama around this topic this weekend.
