With BGMI Lite, KRAFTON India continues its focus on bringing new and engaging experiences to India’s rapidly growing gaming ecosystem,” the company said in an official announcement. However, the company has yet to disclose the specifications or requirements needed to run BGMI Lite on phones. The ‘Lite’ naming suggests that it could offer better gaming performance on lower-end smartphones. This comes as smartphone makers have taken a step back when including high-capacity RAM in upcoming smartphones due to a global shortage of chips.
