Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker has revealed that she is currently battling dengue. On Saturday, she took to her Instagram story to let fans know that she has been hospitalised after testing positive for the illness. Alongside a picture of herself from the hospital, she wrote, “Well that escalated fast. Dengue-fied and hospitalised!.”

Meanwhile, TV actress Avika Gor, too, has been hospitalised after a dengue diagnosis. Sharing a video update on Instagram, her husband Milind Chandwani revealed that Avika had been enduring a severe fever for five consecutive days, yet chose to keep shooting instead of taking a break. She was eventually hospitalised once her reports confirmed dengue, prompting her to finally step away from work.Milind shared, “Avika has been admitted to the hospital since last night. She’s had a fever of 103–104 degrees for the past five days. Now guess what she’s been doing over these last five days? First, she went to finish the remaining two days of a project shoot. She did so incredibly well despite having a 104-degree fever that the entire thing wrapped up in just one day. Then she came back and had two days break. She spent the entire time in bed, taking medicines, barely able to move, unable to eat properly.”
