Madurai: An advocate made a mention before Madras high court on Wednesday seeking urgent hearing of a plea to restrain the state government from issuing or implementing any government appointment orders arising out of Karur stampede incident, till the proceedings pending before the Supreme Court with regard to the incident attains finality.A division bench of Justice A D Jagadish Chandira and Justice R Poornima said the matter would be taken up during the regular course.The advocate made a mention before the court since the chief minister C Joseph Vijay is scheduled to visit Karur on July 10, where he would be meeting the kin of the Karur stampede victims.
