Hans Zimmer announces highly anticipated return to Australia for massive October 2026 arena tour

Famed composer Hans Zimmer from ‘Interstellar’, ‘Blade Runner’, and ‘Blade Runner 2049,’ to name a few, is all set and ready to perform in Australia. The composer has announced that he will be returning to the country later this year and will be performing at a number of spaces across the country.

The Oscar and Grammy-winning composer is ready to embark on his ‘Hans Zimmer Live – The Next Level’ tour in Australia later this year, in October. Rolling Stone Australia reported that the first show will happen at Perth’s RAC Arena on October 12. He will next head to Adelaide’s AEC Arena on October 15, Brisbane Entertainment Centre on October 20, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on October 24, and Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on October 28.Tickets for the event go live on June 3 at 2 PM. Presale tickets for Frontier members go live the day prior.Zimmer also talked about the upcoming tour dates and what he has in store for everyone. He stated, “I want fans to feel like they’re at a rave party or riding a roller coaster. For me, every show is a new voyage of discovery. The greatest challenge is the status quo – you have to do everything in your power to leave it behind and find and create something new.”Earlier on, the composer completed the European leg of the tour, which consisted of 50 arena shows situated across 17 countries. According to the report, he played in front of an estimated 600,000 fans. For the unversed, Zimmer is one of the most successful and sought-after composers in the industry.Currently, he is working with A.R. Rahman on the score for the upcoming ‘Ramayana’ film.
