A large street brawl involving dozens of youths left two teenagers in hospital after violence broke out in Southend city centre, prompting emergency police powers.The disorder unfolded on Southend High Street at around 7.50 pm on Friday, with reports that at least 30 individuals were involved, some armed with knives and bottles.
