Cryptocurrency account under the scanner

Officials said Suneha Pandit is the wife of Abhishek, who allegedly operates a cryptocurrency account. Money has reportedly come into this account from abroad, and investigators suspect it may be proceeds of extortion.Abhishek Pandit is the brother of Anil Pandit. He is accused of running two other groups along with his own network and is said to handle payments for all operations. Defence opposes custody

Suneha Pandit’s lawyer opposed the custody request, arguing that the police have already obtained all the information they needed. The Crime Branch, however, told the court that the funds allegedly used in the Tiger Shroff firing case came from foreign sources. The court then sent her to the custody of the Mumbai Crime Branch until November 16.
