The screening held particular significance as it was organised for Shukla Bandopadhyay, the real-life figure at the heart of the story. Bedridden, she is the mother of Captain Anirban Bandopadhyay, remembered as a braveheart, and the wife of late Colonel Rabindranath Bandopadhyay.“ This film is a tribute to the courage, sacrifices and resilience of Army families, whose stories deserve to be told and remembered. Having the opportunity to share it with the soldiers makes this journey even more meaningful,” said Indira Dhar.
