The latest episode of controversial reality show Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar saw host Salman Khan address a serious concern surrounding the misuse of artificial intelligence. During the episode, Salman spoke about AI-generated videos and manipulated voice clips involving celebrities.Salman pointed out how people’s voices can be cloned and manipulated to make them appear as though they are saying things they never actually said.“Kisi ne aapki AI voice leke dub karke kisi ko gaali bak di. You know what they’re doing? AI videos bana rahe hai yeh. Bohot saare logon ke and even I am there in AI video. (Someone takes your artificial intelligence voice clone, dubs it, and abuses someone. You know what they’re doing? They are creating artificial intelligence videos. Of many people, and even I am featured in these fake videos),” said Salman.The actor then differentiated between people who unknowingly share AI-generated content and those who deliberately create such videos despite knowing that they are fake. Salman called for strict action against the latter.“Toh chalo some people jinko pata nahi ke yeh AI hai, vo post kar denge yeh ki Salman Khan vaha pe tha. But jinko yeh baat pata hai, jinho ne yeh video banaya hai, what kind of people are they? Now those kind of people should be put behind bars. The episode witnessed the eviction of Isha Rikhi after she faced the public vote.
