The Forum is open to independent practitioners, certified therapists, healers, wellness coaches, facilitators, wellness centres, retreats, healthcare professionals, researchers, wellness brands and organisations working in holistic wellbeing.Emerging practitioners are also eligible to participate, while professionals operating through online, offline or hybrid models can nominate themselves or their organisations. Self-nominations as well as nominations by peers, clients and institutions are accepted.

The Forum states that documented transformations and verified client journeys form an important part of the evaluation, alongside training, experience, methodology, testimonials, ethical boundaries, innovation and community outreach.

The Forum says submissions will undergo two rounds of editorial and jury verification. It also places restrictions on medical claims, stating that participants cannot make claims of curing medical conditions and must carry a disclaimer identifying their practices as complementary.Unverifiable claims may lead to disqualification, while the Forum says that spiritual practices must be presented with defined structures rather than unsupported endorsements.

According to its FAQ, awards are determined through jury evaluation against the stated criteria, while package fees cover the listed benefits and deliverables.
