The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has announced the final phase counselling schedule for the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TG LAWCET) 2026. The counselling will be conducted for admission to three-year LLB and five-year LLB courses for the 2026-27 academic year.Candidates who qualified TG LAWCET 2026 but did not register during the first or second phase can take part in the final phase. The registration process will begin on September 15 and continue until September 17, 2026.Candidates will have to complete the registration, pay the processing fee and upload the required certificates for verification through the TG LAWCET admission portal.The processing fee is Rs 800 for candidates in the general category and Rs 500 for SC/ST candidates. The fee is non-refundable and can be paid online using a credit card, debit card or internet banking.

The list of verified eligible candidates will be displayed on September 18. Candidates will also be allowed to make corrections on the same day.

TG LAWCET 2026 Counselling: Documents required

Candidates should keep the following documents ready while completing the registration and certificate upload process:

  • TG LAWCET 2026 rank card
  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent marks memo
  • Intermediate or equivalent marks memo
  • Qualifying examination marks memo
  • Intermediate marks memo for five-year LLB
  • Degree Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM) for three-year LLB
  • Qualifying examination certificate
  • Intermediate certificate for five-year LLB
  • Degree Provisional Certificate (PC) or Original Degree (OD) for three-year LLB
  • Migration certificate, if applicable
  • Study certificates from Class 1 to graduation
  • Residence certificate, wherever applicable
  • Residence certificate of either parent from the Andhra Pradesh Public Works Department (PWD) for eligible non-local candidates, wherever applicable
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Latest integrated community certificate for BC/SC/ST candidates, if applicable
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) or Tahsildar and valid for 2026-27, if applicable
  • Latest parental income certificate issued by the Telangana government on or after January 1, 2026, if applicable
  • Minority status certificate or Transfer Certificate mentioning minority status for Muslim and Christian candidates
  • Aadhaar card or other valid identity proof
  • Equivalence certificate for candidates who pursued a distance degree outside Telangana
  • Prescribed affidavit for candidates who completed intermediate or degree through distance, correspondence or open mode

TG LAWCET 2026: Steps to register

Candidates can complete the final phase registration through the official TG LAWCET admission portal. The steps are:

  1. Visit the official website, lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in.
  2. Select the TG LAWCET 2026 admissions section.
  3. Choose the LL.B. 3-Year/5-Year Courses option.
  4. Click on the link for online registration for the final phase.
  5. Enter the required TG LAWCET details, including the hall ticket number and rank.
  6. Pay the applicable registration-cum-verification fee online.
  7. Enter personal, academic and other required details in the application form.
  8. Upload scanned copies of the required certificates for online verification.
  9. Check all the details entered in the application form.
